We’re creating a space to highlight our diverse realities and reveal the full spectrum of our identities.

We need a place that is built for us to embark on this exploration through community, movement, spirituality, and authenticity. The goal of Prism is to make that place a reality. We offer a diverse range of movement and recreational classes and events with the hope of creating joy and encouraging self discovery. We plan to host sound baths, guided meditations, mindful movement, mirror work, ecstatic dance, sword classes, self defense, burlesque and drag, and MORE!

We also rent out our studio space to individuals who need a private workout space, local organizations and practitioners who need a place to gather, and other event hosts and holistic wellness providers. Interested in renting? Click below!
